Enhancement and/or development of medium/high throughput phenotyping of traits

Objectives

• To evaluate the capacity of phenotyping techniques for various key-traits following several criteria (medium/high throughput, destructive or not, simplicity, cost, etc)
• To identify gaps (qualitatively and quantitatively: missing traits for medium/high throughput) and evaluate needs for development of new techniques
• For a limited number of traits, investigate new techniques/methodologies to improve phenotyping capacity and to improve the objectiveness of data records
• To transfer these to research infrastructures in access, in order to improve services offered to the scientific community
