The conference programme is subject to last minute adjustments according to some speakers’ travel schedules that are not all well-defined at the moment. 

Regarding the situation at Brussels airport, participants flying to Brussels may check the following website to find information on alternative flights from their airline. Some flights are redirected to other airports (e.g. Charleroi, Liège, Antwerp, Lille, etc.) where shuttles are available to reach Brussels. http://www.brusselsairport2203.be/
